Wellness Riders is a community-led initiative delivering adaptive skateboarding sessions for people with disabilities,
neurodivergence, and additional support needs.
We create calm, supportive environments where participants can try skateboarding at their own pace,
with guidance, encouragement, and no pressure.
Our focus is simple:
• Movement
• Confidence
• Connection
Everything we do is built around meeting people where they're at, adapting to individual needs
and creating a positive experience where everyone feels welcome.
These adaptive skateboarding sessions are proudly supported by Auckland Council.
